Ferron Reservoir is on the east side of the Wasatch Plateau at the headwaters of Ferron Creek. It is an intermediate-sized impoundment of a meadow in a glacial valley. There is a small, private resort on the south shore. It is also called Indian Creek Reservoir. The shoreline is owned by the Manti-La Sal National Forest with unrestricted public access. |
